Default HELP please issues with 2016 wrx sti ( with pics)

Hi all. Sun is shining and I've got my head under this bloody car.
so it's not been started or driven for about 3 weeks , battery was dead so jump started it and it started after a struggle then it all started

temp gauge goes straight into red and fans run ( even tho it's stone cold)
hill start light is on
won't select any drive settings
eml is on
cruise light is flashing

I do live and work on a farm so I've checked for obvious signs or rat and mickey damage buy can't see any. I've tried the disconnect neg feed etc but to no avail.
car does run and drive but !!!!!

anyone at all any insight to this any help much appreciated if your not all out drunk on cider and eating bbq! !

You need to read the fault code first, anything else is guesswork.

Is this a big job ? Looks like a right awkward place , guessing intercooler off , inlet manifold and some pipes ?

Thats probably your coolant temp sensor wiring gone missing and also part of your purge system pipework (items 19, 21 and 22 below)
The oil pressure switch (white plug in first pic) looks chewed as well

Having looked at the engine wiring loom diagram have made a few changes to post #20.

Coolant temp sensor item 18

plugs are hard to come by unless you buy a new engine loom or can find one at a breakers,

Engine loom

Daft question but can the be repaired and then spliced back to wires? Wires are there but they've been chewed tight against the back of the plugs ?

I think the wire you are holding goes round the back of the pump to the sensor.
You can see it in this picture

You can buy the plugs with what looks like a couple inches of wire ready to Re splice but how do you know what connectors / plugs are called etc?
