Brake cooling ducts/ plates
Hi I’m in need of some ideas or suggestions about fitting some brake cooling ducts to my newage Impreza
Is there any places that sell back plates for the cooling duct to attach to? Or have anyone done any DIY ones ?
Any one done this before and got any pics ??

found them for my shape mate so they prob do them for yours aswell just need to find them lol ,, might be able to adapt this set if needed ,, I had brake cooling on my blob so not hard to do really but that was a diy job with ducting from the fog covers

There no good mate only directs cool air on one part of the rotor
what I’ve been looking at these ones from USA that feeds it into the centre of the
rotor and cools the hole rotor through the disc vanes
but there asking stupid money to send to the UK
there only $85 and only small item and lite weight and wanting $280 postage
going try get someone to make them over here

you only want them to warm your car while its in the garage anyway lol

ive been looking at something like this recently too, funnily enough, but knowing me I'll end up fabbing something up myself, but the centre inlet is a good point.
On the other hand, it is entirely possible that just blowing some cooler air onto the discs with some small shieldbgs like the link you posted are adequate, especially if you think of the vanes pulling air from the inside out. However, I'm not sure if that's true, or if the air flow is actually reversed? Might depend on vane design.
