Default Will a MY02 - MY07 wrx/sti catback exhaust fit on a 07 impreza N/A

Hi i recently bought a 07 Impreza N/A (because our Australian road laws) and i'm looking for a cat back exhaust, i was thinking about buying the Invidia N1 but it says it fits 02 - 07 wrx/sti and i'm not sure if it will fit on my Impreza. Would some one be able to help me out, im pretty new to all this stuff.

Hi and welcome,

i know now you say your car is a MY2007 but is it a hawkeye version or the a "hatch" version ?

My experience with the newage Impreza is with a hawkeye so if it's a hawkeye then the exhaust should fit as long as it's 2.5 inches.

I have a wrx centre section (from the second cat) with a Prodrive rear silencer on my MY2006 hawkeye 2.0 R Sport wagon and it sounds nice.

if it is a hawkeye then the link below is very helpful.

I hope this helps and don't blame me if it doesn't fit if the Austrailian subarus are different to the uk subarus.

Andrew

My R Sport is also n/a as was my old MY98 sport and my late partners MY2000 sport special - all had 2.5 inch cat back exhaust systems from a major uk supplier - both had Scoobyworld Afterburner centre sections and Scoobyworld Ninja 2 rear silencers.

This is what we bought (a few years ago) and they bolted straight on to the second cat, as the n/a's have 2.5 inch exhaust pipes to the second cat and then a 2.25 inch centre pipe and rear silencer.

I guess we'll need more information from the OP re: the actual model of his vehicle and the actual exhaust system he wants to put on it.

Thanks.

Andrew.
