Question 2008 JDM subaru S-GT, the clocks read out in KMH

Recently purchased a 2008 JDM subaru S-GT, the clocks read out in KMH,
so i went on ebay and bought one of these KMH to MPH converter/delimiter.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Compatibl...P/120446038867

Fitted the converter and it didn't work, after talking to the converter provider
it appears that his fitting instructions were wrong and he had + - the wrong way around on his instructions sheet. So he sent another (which had to be paid for) thinking it may have been faulty or have been damaged due to the + - being the wrong way around. It still didn't work, i have spoken to him over the phone and to be honest he wasn't much help as he kept saying i have a 2 pin plug coming from my gear box when in fact i don't as mine is a 3 pin plug. ( i didn't fit the convertor, somebody who has fitted hundreds before did)
After some digging around i found out my wiring is on a system called cambus and that is why the chip doesn't work.

Next i look for some conversion dial, now these are no where to be found, i contacted lockwoodinternational.
https://www.lockwoodinternational.co...za-import.html
They didnt have any conversion dial that would suit my 2008 S-GT. They reply by saying that they can make me some that will fit but i need to remove the current dials and send it to them and they want £185+vat + £7.95 postage.

So my reason for posting is can anybody shed some light on either a converter/delimiter supplier that will work on the Cambus wiring system, or know where i can get a set of dials from?

The S -GT should be the same cluster as a UK 2.5 WRX of the same year, try finding a breaker with one in stock, the only people I know who brought in S GT's were Litchfields & David Hendrey's try contacting them.

For canbus cars there is no speedo sensor on the gearbox the output is plugged.

Instead the speed signal comes from the ABS or VDC unit (if fitted).
