@James Cole , Today 03:53 AM
I a 2008 Subaru STI 6 speed manual 2L turbo but it is restricted to 185kph being a Japanese import please can someone tell me how to remove this restriction. I do track days and it is sooo frustrating. I also use it as a daily runner

Easily removed by your mapper, or yourself if you have access to the right software. Are you UK based?

Thank thanks for taking the time to reply I have access to all sorts of things but I'm not sure what you mean by the right software where would I get it from and how do I connect or remap the ECU I'm used to working on motorbikes with piggyback modules like power commanders

I would ask the question on the Link ecu forum based in your backyard, say your thinking about getting a g4+ for your car and just slip your question in.
