Parallel Fuel Rail with Standard Rails- DIY
Hi All,
Upgrade to nismo 555cc injectors, along with a sytec fpr with a fuji racing 340 pump.
Should I make a parallel fuel setup from the standard rails or is there any point.
Just when I'm at it is it a good measure to ensure one cylinder is'nt getting the fuel needed?
I was just thinking of using standard 8mm fuel hose for the setup.
I'm only aiming for 320-340bhp
Rest of spec:
V4 STI
VF48
555CC
FMIC
3" Turbo Back
SARD Induction Filter
Standard BOV ( Also have a VTA )
Lightend Flywheel
Exceedy Pink Clutch

Hmm, I did something similar with my own car for a bit, but IMO it's not a great solution (though it is cheap). It felt like I had hoses floating about everywhere.
I've gone back to a standard setup for the time being (new-age wrx).
Also, at the 300-350hp level, surely it's not needed? I don't think it's possible for the 555cc injectors to spray enough fuel out of the rail for pressure to be seriously affected at the last injector.
