Finally sorted my decat downpipe, ppp decat and sti up pipe. Also has scorpion back box.

id like to know if the standard centre silencer on the wrx is a restriction to performance at all or strictly just noise related item. Will be going for a remap but don’t want to end up being held back by this section of exhaust

I’m not an expert on this but as far as I’m aware there’s not much in it performance wise.

I went back to a resonated centre pipe as my new backbox was a bit on the loud and raspy side, so it’s better now with no noticeable performance change.

If you want louder you could replace it.
