Default Rocker cover oil leak? **pictures inside**

hey guys, removed my up pipe today to fit an sti one and noticed some oil above headers on drivers side (turbo side) so removed headers to take a look and found this.

is it safe to say this is a rocker cover gasket leak? Or has anyone had experience with this and it’s been from else where?

i do have a smell of oil after a hard drive
