Default What is this bracket for? 2008 WRX

Where does this bracket belong? Leftover after a working on timing belt replacement, valve cover gaskets, and transmission removal. Timing, valve covers are done but tranny still out. I believe this was removed during the valve cover removal process. It has a clip for a wire or tube (white).

I could use some input as to where this was originally located. Any help is appreciated.

It goes on the O/S rocker cover top bolt and clips to the turbo feed pipe ,it was fitted as a recall.

Thanks very much. Fit perfectly. I am also pretty sure one of the shoulder bolts had a slightly longer shoulder to allow for the additional thickness of this bracket too. The recall explains why it was not shown on any Subaru parts diagrams I would imagine.
