Default Coolant leak and I’m not sure what to replace

So I’ve had this coolant leak for a long time. I’ve replaced the clip on the hose last year but it’s not seemed to work for too long. It’s just above the block there is a black coolant hose leaking. Can anyone help me get the right part or method to fix the issue.

Assuming it's for a 99 Turbo 2000??
Where abouts on the "top of the block" - under the Header Tank? (item 3 below) or near the oil dip stick?? (item 8 below)

item 3 - Hose water p/n 21144AA010
item 8 - Hose p/n 807611090

or something completely different???
