Question First maintenance after JDM Forester imported

I am going to get 2006 Forester Cross Sport 2.0 Turbo, 81000km.

I am preparing for the first maintenance right after Forester arrival.
What shall to be done?

1. Engine oil. 5w30 viscosity index, right? How many liters needed? Normal, relaxed driving manner with some dynamic accelerations, no drifting or racing.
2. 4AT transmission fluid. Will do drain and fill, ATF bought from local Subaru dealer. How many liters do I need for that?
3. Coolant? How many liters in the system?
4. Engine oil, air, cabin filters.
5. Should I replace water pump, spark plugs and belts right away or can drive for 10-15k km?
6. Install turbo-timer (if its not installed).
7. PCV.
8. Anything else?

Please advise.
Thank you.
