Default Exiga GT compatibility

Hi all, I have recently moved to Okinawa, Japan from the U.K. and have bought myself a Subaru Exiga GT! I have owned 8 Subarus in total now over the years but needed a family vehicle this time……but I also want to modify it and get some extra power. I know there aren’t many of these in the U.K. yet but I thought I would ask anyway….what parts are compatible with them? Looking at basics at the moment like exhaust, air filter and intercooler options.
Thanks in advance.

They are great cars. It’s quicker than I thought it would be and AWD too. I got one here as they are so cheap. I paid just under Ł4K for mine with 52k miles on the clock. Defo a lot of car for the money! I believe the engine is almost the same as a 2008 onwards WRX but I am still researching. So there should be decent upgrade potential. There is one guy on YouTube that has tuned his to 400bhp but that obviously required a forged rebuild and other supporting mods as you would expect.

I've recently picked one up from my in law, who runs an import business. Paid a bit over the odds for an 08 Exiga GT, which to my understanding is a WRX engine on a Legacy wagon frame with 7 seats... I can double check those though.

It came with a hard shifting problem that was corrected by replacing a sensor that had to get shipped from Russia.

Wow, I like the look of these. Are they only available as automatics though?

No, they're only available in automatic transmission.
