Default Oil temperature and pressure sensors thread

Hi,
I am planning to install an oil temperature sensor on the engine's block above cylinder number 3 and an oil pressure sensor with a Y adaptor on the location where the OEM low oil pressure sensor is located.
Both my sensors have a thread of 1/8" NPT.
Do I need to buy any adaptors?
The Y adaptor I have (in order to retain the OEM low pressure sensor) is this: https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/pneum...d%22%3Atrue%7D

Many thanks!

I believe I need this, can someone confirm?
Amazon Amazon

Reasoning: all Defi sensors are 1/8" PT and the Defi oil pressure sensor fits directly where the OEM low pressure switch is; my sensors are 1/8"NPT hence the need for the above adaptor.

Check for available space and that you can get all tightened up

The kit shown above is your answer.
I'm a bit mystified as to why the adaptor for the oil pressure gauge?
The Defi is a direct replacement gor the oil warning light sensor.
But why retain that? It's set far too low.
You can set a more suitable warning, both visible and audible, on the Defi.
Best place for the OE oil pressure switch is on a shelf in your garage.

But you do need the brass bush for the oil temp sender.
I'm glad you are putting that in it's correct location.

I agree no need for the oem pressure sensor, mine was done like this when I bought it.

In my previous Forester STi, the OEM pressure sensor was used to illuminate the low oil pressure light on the dash when the key is in accessory mode and I wanted to retain this.
If the OEM switch is removed the light won't come on in accessory mode as I understand.
The OEM oil pressure sensor is indeed useless otherwise.
Not sure if the hatchback has the same functionality, I don't drive the car often enough to remember! :O

I used the fuji racing version of the adapter above for my hatch so that I could keep the oil warning light in play. Yes useless but better than staying on or removing the bulb IMO
