Forester SG5 - Killswitch on the fuel pump
Hi guys,
My Forester 2006 was stolen a week ago by the local gangs and they involved my car in some crimes. The car was found yesterday and was towed to the insurance company's yard. Police will work on it and the insulation company will check the damages.
I am going to put a steering wheel locking bar once I get my car back, and Apple AirTag. One more thing I want to install is a Killswitch on the fuel pump.
I searched but found no any info, reports of any guys who installed it on SG5.
Could you please share your experience on how to install it? Connect to the fuse, relay or connect to the pump wiring directly? Where to hide the killswitch?
Thank you.

Update: installed the killswitch easily.
Bought these nice small switches Then found the fuel pump relay which is located behind the passenger glove box assembly (which needs to be removed), you will find 3 relays placed together, the nearest to you (on the JDM car) is the fuel pump relay.
You need to find which wire is powered when the ignition is ON - that is the wire\connector shown on the image below. So I cut that wire and wired it to the switch and hid it.
Now killswitch is working.
