Hard Problem A/F correction -25 to 14 new Engine
SOLVED ...!!!!
Hello
I made a new engine for my Subaru WRX Wagon 2003 EDM. I proceeded to make the break-in 1500 Km.
Now contact the turner but impossible make me the map because i have this problem.
A/F correction swimming -25 to 25 very bad
New O2 front sensor
Other all senor are new
Test leak exaust
Test leak intake
FPR OK 50 Psi
New Injector
Have slow shake engine 1800-Rpm to 2800 Rpm
Possible problem the Coil Pack OKADA Direct Plasma ?
Not have any check engine Light and not report problem code.
Sorry for my english.

If you mean fuel trim is +/- 25 I'm surprised it's not logging fault codes.
The graph looks like it's adding fuel for response to excess oxygen in the exhaust (lean) then over-correcting.
Would be good to see that graph aligned with front OS sensor output to make sure engine is in closed loop control.
Usual causes as you checked
Slow switching oxygen sensor
Air leaks
Misfire
Airflow sensor
Checks that I'd add:
Check cylinder compressions.
Re-check cam timing.
Check charcoal can (EVAP) solenoid is closing fully (clamp hose, recheck AFR)
Swap coilpacks and spark plugs from a good running car
Also Bear in mind keyways could be damaged meaning physical cam/crank position is not what is indicated on timing marks (rare but does happen).
Check for Fuel pump sucking air (may need to be rechecked at different fuel levels); Put feed hose into jug partly filled with fuel , run pump, check for bubbles.
After than I'm out of ideas.

Hello many thanks
Today i test intake whit new machine smoke and i find leak in Valve-assembly bypass air IC GFB, leak rear, leak central out air Closed and front regulator.
I order the new bypass valve IC, gasket….
Monday i receive the OEM New Coil STI and install spark ⚡️.
Check compression cylinder all 120-125 PSI
I think one week install all.
Thank

Hello
Install valve by-pass, 4 coil OEM and change the cross pipe Grimmspeed to OEM, same problem. A/F swimming....
Test Leak all Intake, exhaust and turbo.
Check timig belt i see all OK...
Is brain teaser....!!!
Possible the ECU have a problem ??????
Any other suggestion ????
Many Thanks

Check clearance valve cylinder 1 and 3
Intake 0.18mm to 0.22
Check Exhaust 0.23 to 0.27
Buy new timing belt, i wait for reinstall all.
When i reinstall all i rewrite.
Thanks

Not resolve.. same problem... AF correction swimming many, idle OK after 2200 RPM to 3000 RPM the engine trembles and vibrate.
New Timing belt, new sprocket 4 cam...
RE-Test leak intake all part, test leak exhaust.
New Fuel Pump DW300 and Aeromotive regulator + Radium Fuel Pulse Damper.
I think problem the ECU ??????? or my problem is a Cam Kelford 268/264 ???????
Any suggestion...

Hello
I think my problem is the Assembly Fuel tank, i buy the Hitachi aftermarket 2005-2007 and include the filter, wait 2 week form japan.
Buy 3 damper pulsation for add.
Other project i buy caliper front Brembo 4 pot and repaint rear WRX caliper. I add STI mini sticker upper Logo Brembo.

Hello
Solved...!!! i add 3 fuel damper, new assembly pump Hitachi, new Driver module fuel pump, new rapid connector return, new line fuel, change ecu reflash Carberry, make minimal mod and now very quite the engine... woww minimal sound from the injector, first TIC TIC TIC very noise.
Now finish other.
