I have been driving my Sti 6 V-ltd and noticed on the Blitz dual turb timer that the maximum boost the car has ran at is 1.23 bar.
I have been told that its too high. Does anyone know what it should be?

The ECU has a 15.7 PSI midrange boost target so may peak a bit higher. Tapers to 14.6 PSI at the top end. It has a correction table for 3, 1.7, 0.8 and 0.3 PSI over/underboost to get it back on track. The actual boost achieved will depend on the breathing mods on the car and the environmental conditions.

I have just fitted the same Blitz Dual TT and my STI 5 Type R is hitting a maximum of 1.23 in top gear!!!!!!!!

Bearing in mind that this budget combo unit is not that accurate compared to a basic mechinal guage it is about right.

They are known to over read slightly , so just over 1 bar in top gear is pretty accurate.

Does yours hit just under 1 in the lower gears and slightly more and more as you go up the gears???
