I have a Grey Import MY94 WRX RA and have just looked to see what ECU I had.

I noticed a Sticker on the ECU saying PROVA.
So I have had a search for Prova on the net and found a Japanese Website (www.jprova.co.jp) and seen my Ecu

Has anyone seen this ecu before and know what its like???

Hey a sawbo man! Hmmmm, Harlow....

Prova do replacement ECUs, bit like TEK1 and TEK2, but for the older phase one ecus. They tend to be quite agressive, with reasonably high boost etc.

Have noticed the aggresive and 1.1bar boost.

Not sure if its worth keeping or not, I am just in the process of buying a Air/fuel meter to see if its running lean at all as I have had a Bigend, piston and conrod all changed in the last 3 years.

Where in Herts are you from??
