I have no instructions, just the 2 discs. Anyone use Grokster? Kazaa may also find it.P2P I will leave my computer running for download, and it will be the only file on my sharing for a while for those interested. Once downloaded, others can share it.
File name - Subaru Parts. Zipped file that will contain 2 folders ie. the 2 discs
Username, stevieturbo@grokster
Zipped file is approx 170 meg. 2 discs are 380 meg, and 253 meg
The folder will contain the images of the 2 CD's and the copying program I used to copy the CD/s, so that you can write them. The relevant CD must be in the drive while operating the program, and you have to install it also. I just clicked anything that said install or setup on the 2 discs.
Just have to figure it out im afraid.

The CD images folder, Zipped has ended up at 268 meg. Check Grokster p2p filesharing. it may take a while, but once a few have it, then it can be shared faster, or others can write CD's and share too.

I hope whoever runs the site doesn mind... I also up loaded the pics I have taken so far of me engines..
In the meantime, you will have to try www.grokster.com p2p to download, altho it will slo my upload speed to the ftp site if someone starts downloading it. File name on grokster is 'subaru parts'

I have the MY 2000 discs ( 2 discs covers up to MY 2000 legacy/impreza etc.). Very awkward to use, and wont work with Windows XP, or at least it wont work on mine, which is NTFS. Might work on a FAT32 system. It will work on my other computer with Windows Me. I think it is basicall a DOS based program. The newer version is windows based, but I dont have it.

Just to complicate things???? I guess you just run the copying program, and select write the image to a CD. Locate and select where the image is stored, and write it to CD. I think this is the best way, as the entire CD info stays intact, including CD name etc...
