Can anyone tell me if my MY00 will need any adjustments to run on optimax, as opposed to the normal sul.

No adjustment neccessary.

You can reset the ecu but there is no need to..

It will learn the new fuel over a couple of tanks or sooner depending on who you listen to..

There is more benefit from doing a ecu reset on the older cars.
