More than enough when you compare what you paid for it

(and no asking for another tenner off it

Thumbs up

With a Scoobysport full de-cat including downpipe and the Itg filter you should be looking at another 18-20 Bhp may be more but also the torque will rise a little, and the turbo will spool up 1000 rpm earlier.

"full decat" would also include the downpipe, that many feel is the best bit to change.

On the MY 2000 I changed the front pipe for s/s straight through giving better turbo spooling which is very noticeable.
Next a used Scooby Mania 3" s/s b/box. Lerverly sound with further improvements in accelleration. Although, not as noticeable as with front pipe change.
No funds for centre pipe change so opened o/e pipe with hacksaw, binned the cat, welded straight through section into the resulting 'expansion box' and seal welded the box up.
Result is the accelleration is much more instant from lower revs.
The vehicle is much more fun and quite rapid compared to the standard example.
Shell Optimax has made for very smooth running on low revs.
High flow panel filter improved responsiveness even further.
The whole caper cost me £315 and a little time. Well worth it.
