Thinking of buying the Prodrive front grille pre painted as shown in the STI accessories brochure (part no.J1010FE100TG).

However this depends on how easy it is to fit myself. Anyone taken the grille off a newage and if so was it simple ?

Cool

It's easier than falling off a log! Just unclip the plastic catches at the top. Then using a long thin bladed screw driver gently press down the two lower catches at either side of the grill. Refitting is just simply click it all back into place. If you're really stuck I may be able to take some pics.

Regards,

Ian

Thanks for the reply Chaps, I think I'll be off to the dealer at the w/e. Bob, the grille is exactly the same as the one fitted to the Prodrive Spec STI Type UK, ie recessed black mesh with a painted surround and the scooby badge mounted at the bottom of the grille not centre. Price £218 prepainted in either WR blue, blue black mica or silver
