P/Steering Woes aka Sick as F**k

Right... I've replaced the O-Rings on the resevoir and under the cradle, which has stopped this leak. Replaced the cap as I thought seals may have worn. Bled the system by turning wheels left and right whilst fluid is added... and replaced fluid with Castrol Dexron III...and still the ******* is chucking fluid out over the top of the resevoir.
Anyone got any more suggestions?????????????????????????
Cheers
Mark

Check the sensor wire for the pump, situated to the left of the pump. Put the car on full lock and keep it there whilst you check the wire, and there might be fluid squirting out of there, as it sounds like air is mixing with the fluid causing it to expand. Drop us a mail off line if you wish, also where "oop north"?? I'm near manchester could meet up etc...

It sounds like normal "summer" fluid leak, if it only happens with high rev driving.
If its happening all the time something else is wrong, but I can't think what could cause this to happen.
The over heating problem is only cured by fitting a cooling, vaned pipe to the return pipe. The vaned pipe needs to be mounted in front of the rad. The whole job should be about £30 for high pressure hosing, fittings and the vaned pipe. About 20' of vaned pipe in a U shape is best.
