15,000 Mile service MY01.
#1
Having a disscusion with my dealer about my 15,000 service, they say that the plugs will get changed during this service but they are only quoting £135 for the service.I have seen somebody else's service information from the same dealer and they have it indicated on the form that the plugs should be changed but we are confused to the price they are charging as its the same as the 7,500 service.(He only paid £99 + Vat for his 15,000 service)
Can somebody shed some light onto this enquiry as i dont think they do change the plugs this early.

MY01 service intervals are now every 10000 miles - although only recently introduced, it applies to earlier model MY01s as well. So you can save yourself a few quid for 5000 miles

my 15000 mile service cost me £60 - yeah I know, very expensive!!
That was an oil and filter change (Silkolene 10/50) and was done by my very local, non-subaru garage......
I guess to maintain the warranty you boys have to pay a little more!
Confirm that spark plug change is 30000 miles..

ZIPPY: Owner's manual states 60,000 miles before plug change. Non-turbo models are 15,000 miles. (Perhaps he mistook you for the GX Sport again )
Owner's manual states oil and filter change at 7,500 mile intervals, but 15,000 between inspections etc. which I would call a service. Service booklet has space for stamps at
12,500km (7,500m)
25,000km (15,000m)
50,000km (30,000m)
and at 15,000 mile intervals thereafter. It looks to me that the oil changes will not be stamped in the booklet, so could be done elsewhere without invalidating warranty?
I will not go for the 10000 mile intervals.
