Timing belt on WRX MY94....dealer or local garage ?

Hi guys,
as you all know dealer price to change the cam belt is £300.
The belt actaully costs £97 and my local garage said they would do it for £150 all in.
What you think.....they guy is good but should I take the risk can he **** it up ?

Are you sure thats just for the Timing Belt Job or the 45K 60K service as Ive been quoted £130 from Dicksons of Dunblane which includes Fitting and VAT.
Thats not for a service its only for the Timing belt change.
