I lost my boost!!!

Car recently went in for colour coding, and now I have no boost, does anybody know what could be the problem?
I have,
Apexi ECU
HKS FMIC
Apexi boost controller
MY98 UK
My clock is wrong, that is all I noticed to be different aside from the car is slow.
It idles fine and drives ok but Apexi boost controller (setting B) is showing peak boost at 0.05-0.14bar.
Any Ideas?

I assume you've checked all the electrical connections...
MAF sensor woes? Is there a local Scoob owner who could lend you a spare for a trial?
