After a full de-cat system i've had enough of it on the motorway, it's driving me insane! But i love it on short journey's. I appreciate the sound when the windows are down so what is the best place to put sound proofing and what should i use?

I used 2 rolls of dynamat, I put them in the spare wheel well, and boot floor, pretty much up to the back seats.

Made a big difference on my legacy estate, which has a rigid plastic cover over the spare, so I used foam sealing tape on that to make a good seal when down. You might be able to use a heavier spare wheel cover I don't know what you have.
