Question

Hi there,

After fitting my dawes device and Fuel cut defender I was wondering how much power do you gain from raising the boost.
Is there a certain amount of bhp increase per psi?

As reading previous threads 1.2bar seems safe but I do peak at 1.25bar in 5th. Have got a Dawes AFR and it stays Blue all the time so I feel it is okay. Is there any need to get a Knock Link just incase?

Any Thoughts

Thanks in Advance
Scott

approx 7bhp per 1 psi.....but other mods help in the distribution of that power to the wheels.
Downpipe makes a big difference as does a full decat.

Is that on a scooby, you must have changed the internals surely?

Well thats 21bhp to add.
I have already got a Full Decat SS Exhaust with D/P, do need to take it on a rolling road though.

Successfully ran 23 psi today without any detrimental effect on an MY93 WRX.
