Dawes Fuel Cut Raiser
#1
My 93Wrx is using 80-100Km more fuel to a tank than usual, it's only getting 200Km to it's 40l tank, just to put my mind at rest my last mod was a Dawes fuel cut raiser, would this by any chance increase my fuel consumption? I doubt very much but...
Of course I have decreased the boost down to 0.9 bar, maybe I'm just being paranoid and the cold weather is making my car munch more fuel than usual, 200Km aint good though
I reckon if a drive like a vicar i may push 150 to a tank, the nearest Optimax garge is 20 miles away also which does not help

Its called a lead foot. A lot of engineer has recommend putting a restrictor on the go fast peddle where it will only get half way down to the bottom and avoids using any boost at all.
Seriously though, when someone modifies their car, they constantly "test" it. This in turn gives a higher fuel consumption.
