That looks like the lower front wishbone to me. On it's own it shouldn't be a big job to replace. Almost a DIY job really, if you know your way around a car. (No idea about import wishbone costs, but there are a few good people to ask here)

However - (and it's quite a big however...) what else is wrong with the car? Has anything else been damaged in the process of wrecking the wishbone? Check very carefully!! Oh, and make sure the price is VERY good!

Probably needs a new strut... looks like its hit a curb..

A rough guide is measure inside edge of rear rim to inside edge of front rim.. and then do same for other side of the car, they should be the same...

Check the tracking..

But that is a lower arm..

Be careful, dont just look at what is visibly broken. Think to yourself, "how" did it happen, "what did it hit"? Nine times out of ten, there is more damage than initially apparent.
So by simply putting a new lower suspension arm on, will not normally "cure it". I might suggest that a hub/leg may of been bent and possiblt the steering rack end shaft might of also taken a pounding.
These arms are designed to break on impact, so it does not damage the body structure, where it bolts onto, but if unsure, why not try to get a guy from a body shop to take a look for you, afterall, a quick "bung" in his hand now, is gonna save you mega buck if it all goes pear shaped and you find the car need serious attention and a realignment on a body jig.
