just donn't be tempted by one of those spilt gaiters that you glue together. they're ok if you just want an mot pass but they don't last very long at all.
if you have a manual and any mechanical knowlage you should be ok, just makesure you don't damage / dirty any sensors etc. if you have no knowlage or aren't confident then i'd book it in with garage and if you really need a pass before then stick one of the above mentioned split gaiters on till they can do it, just don't leave it like that as you'll be asking for trouble in a short whiule

Can anyone help,
any ideas or advice on changing the gaitor on the driveshaft ...car's just failed MOT, and need it doing pretty quick, local garage cant do it til next week, so im gonna have a crack at it.
Any help would be much appreciated.
