how do i get the airvents out from the middle of the dash board, the little vains have pushed out and i need to get the actual vent out to put them back in??

one for Dyney I think !

from what I remember, you have to pull them out as far as they come (only about an Inch) then there are 2 screws that are really fiddly to get at (need a really small / right angeled screwdriver) & then they come out.
dont pull too hard, or you will snap the lugs off.

Correct m8.
Just pull the entire vent section out, you can pull it to about 1 and half inch but thats it.
Then you need to undo the two screws behind, you will need a very small ratchet/socket type thing because its a beatch to do.

once i've got the main bit out then i will be able to remove the vent guide to put the vains back in? And to check, i just puu the whole thing and out it pops???
