Last time I looked it was the Bel 550 Int and the SLD290's front and rear, anything changed? or shoudl i be looking at Trafcam or one of the GPS units like Bluei or road angel instead of the detector, or as well as?

I have the bell 550, it's saved my *** several times. Laser or radar it works very well gives you plenty of advance warning. It's a must if you want protection from roving police speed traps.

Only downside if the speed trap is on a quiet road and you dont have any cars in front of you you have to be pretty quick on the brakes not to get done. It picks up scatter from lazer and radar several hundred yards away from cars up front that the police are targeting giving you following behind plenty of time to slow down.
