Question

On an MY02, presumably the knock sensor screws into the mount on the right (passenger) side of the intake manifold that sticks out?

If so, I have a slight problem, in that due to the side of my intercooler (APS TMIC) there isnt enough room there to fit the sensor.

In which case, where else can I fit it on an MY02 block?

Also, is it an M8 size screw?

Thanks Joey - I can't tell from the picture if thats the same location as I'm thinking, but it is very close. The problem I have is that due to the size of my intercooler, I don't have space between the mounting point and the I/C for the sensor.

Any idea if there are any other locations it can be mmounted?
