Hi guys and girls, I have a MY96 Turbo wagon with full st/st exhaust and HKS panelfilter. My question is, do the people with Uk turbos and standard dump valves hear the dump valve all the time?

I don't hear mine all the time and I'd like to know why as I can hear the turbo whistle.

Any comments.

Cheers

Skush.

A downpipe will help the Turbo Whistle.
How do you mean "all the time"?

There are 2 types of valve that are common, the vent to atmosphere and the re circulating type.
Our subaru's use a re circulating valve, thus no whoosh as it doesnt dump the gas in one go.
