Dissatisfied with your dealer?

3rd (ever) post in 2 hours. Lots of folk on this board seem either
1. Dissatisfied with their dealer
2. Have returned more than once for the same problem.
Which must add up to the same thing.
Come on, Subaru dealers are supposed to be the best!
How about doing a Premier league/ 1st division / Conference listing of dealers.
Believe me - if you move your business these guys will take notice big time!
Moderators - can you set something up?
OK gonna shut up now, if it's been done/ tried/ said before I apologise, but it's a tough world out there and your money shouldn't be wasted on incompetence!
e.g. fixed first visit = 0 points, fixed second visit 1 point etc. OK the opposite of football but you get the idea?

In 3 years of owning 2 Impreza's I have had very few problems, but when I have they have been fixed first time.
The dealer is FR Pulleyn in York, good prices for servicing too.

Just bought my P1 and got to say that Lancaster Pangbourne are spot on. Very friendly and all the problems I've had have been sorted. Should of bought a scooby a long time ago, beats vauxhall/ford dealers.

Lots of problems with Lancaster Subaru Sevenoaks who sold me a misdescribed car with so many faults I'm not even going to list them all. They were not interested when I tried to get them to sort it. I've taken all my business elsewhere.
Oh and the staff were obnoxious. I'm also told they have some of the highest labour rates for Subaru dealers.

How do you get info on labour rates?
Could do with a league table of those as well. Say, how much for a 60,000 service - Mine was £455 last year at Beechdale Derby, with nothing wrong & without an air filter as I'd fitted a panel 2000 miles before. Regular service £125.
How does that compare?
