has anyone fitted a v4 wrx or sti inlet manifold to a pre 96 car???

i have just aquired one today

it also has the fuel rail but no throttle body or idle control valve.

its from a 97 car with the coil pack in the middle of the manifold.

it also has yellow injectors fitted which i think are 440cc but i am not 100% sure as i was under the impression only the sti of this year had em!?!

any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

get the throttle body, not much you can do without one

Tweenierob did just what you are asking, and so has Disco, but he had a wire-in Motec ECU so it's cheating a little.

Nope it wont fit mate, the throttle linkage on the older TB fouls the ISCV on the later phase one manifold.
You will need the TB and dont forget to get the TPS as well as the older one doesnt fit either.
The older ISCV will also fit but the port is in the wrong place mate.

noticed the trottle linkage today, does the manifold foul the power steering pipes???

luckily all parts are still available from the guy i got the manifold from

anyone got an idea on the yellow injectors i have in these rails???
