poss bent wiper pin the things that the wiper fixes onto. take a look and see if the wiper blades are at the same angle? if not then see if subaru can replace if your still in waranty or see if they can sell you a new pin

Do they squeak going one way, or both?
If they're only noisy wiping in one direction, the cause is likely to be that the wiper arm isn't resting square against the screen, stopping the wipers "flipping" at the end of each stroke.
You can correct this by tweaking the angle of the arm with an adjustable spanner.
If they're noisy both ways, the best cure would probably be either buying better quality blades (PIAA Super Silicones are expensive, but worth every penny!) or using a screen treatment like Rain-X.
It also goes without saying that you shouldn't use the wipers on a dry screen, but like I said, that goes without saying
