does anyone make a scoop that i can put on my bonnet vent i was wondering if i can get more fresh air in buy my airfilter

Markus had one on the Black Beast. Are available but forgot who did 'em. Try this thread, or Scoobyshop. Or a search on bonnet vents, bonnet scoops etc.
