Headlight washer doesnt work?

Yes it uses the same bottle.
Is the bottle full or is the water level quite low?
If it's low fill it and try again.
Take the pipe off the bottle (the big pipe at the bottom) and try it.
If it works then there is a blockage in the pipe somewhere.

When I push the button there is a funny little noise but no water squirt?
Seems possible that the washer bottle is empty but I dont really know. Where is the washer bottle located? If it is the same one as used for the windscreen then there is definitely water in it.
Any ideas? Its a MY 98 UK Turbo.
