something wrong with the alarm on my classic, when I press the button to lock the doors and arm it, it beeps as if a door is open. All the doors are closed and the door switches appear to be working as the open door symbol in the dash goes out when the doors are shut. Are there any more or switches I have missed? or does the beeping mean something other than closed doors is the probnlem.

Hi ya Cord,
was that u behind me the other morning going into work ?
The boot switch for the alarm is integrated into the lock, look for a little plunger on the side of the boot catch (bumper part not boot)
It could also be the bonnet plunger has been bent down if somebody has leaned on it, whilst working on the car etc.
I'm going to see Tripple X (m/c shop maintenance) around lunch, give me a shout and I'll bring you a copy of Sigma's alarm manual (much better than the Subaru version)which can show last triggers etc...

"hard nights work" ha ha ha didn't know you were a comedian Had a look at the alarm using those codes you sent me, it's the boot switch thats faulty, can't see an actual problem with the switch so it's time to chase the wire!!! Cheers for the manual.
