Just bought myself my first Impreza turbo this week and love it to bits, but can someone answer me a question?

The engine!!! Where are the spark plugs, I can't see any spark plug leads.

Sorry if I'm being REALLY stupid

 

Two on the left and two on the right hand sides of the engine.(low down)
Simple explination is the engines internals are turned through 90 degrees to lower the centre of gravity and therefore improve handling.

 

I have a slightly related question.
How easy are they to change because it looks like a right tw@t!

 

oh and "Richard Wilson" in a WRX!

Does anyone know what else I should look out for? there is a slight rattle from the engine. Is sounds like very loose tin can

Any idea's?

 

Could be anything, but start with the exhaust heat shield.
Other than that you'll need to post the general area of the noise etc....
