Just a quick question... If I have a Tek3 remap, then at a later date get a bigger top mounted IC do I need to do another remap, or will the ECU be able to sort everything out on it's own?

Wink

It wouldn't be necessary, though with a larger top mount you may be able to get some more from the car, so yes you can remap it for perhaps more power.......Depends what you want to do...

What do I want to do... oooh, I've got LOTS of plans and not much money...

Got MY00 with a full decat currently.

The next step for me will be to go for the Tek3 (heard wonderful things from Tiny at the weekend! He was very impressed!).
Ultimately want over 300 horses, which I know means bigger turbo, fuel pump and injectors - and another remap. Just thought a bigger intercooler would help get a few more ponies along the way.

I'll just have to work out when I can get the put it on - before the first remap or along with the turbo and 2nd remap?
I want to do it before the first, but money and impatience for more power will probably mean it comes with the turbo and other bits.

You're a bad influence on me, Mr. 57...!!

I'll stick with top mounted jobbies for now then see what happens in the future...
