The ground for the sensor itself is through the downpipe into the engine/chassis. Believe Dawes themselves recommend connecting ground straight to the battery. My (DIY) meter is grounded on the ECU case, but this is only because I have a star earthing kit installed that also runs through to the ECU, so I know it's good...
Lambda signal wire into the ECU is in the blue plug. If you look at the wire side of the plug, it's third row down, third in from the right. Should be white with a black stripe if memory serves correct.
Positive power supply can come from any convenient switched source. Radio supply is commonly used, although a lot depends on where you're going to mount the box.

Some recommend full-on soldering but I just used a Scotchlock and it worked fine. I connected the earth back through the engine compartment to the battery negative terminal. I used a circuit tester to pick up a switched +12V feed from the wiring loom behind the fog light switches and used a Scotchlock again for that.

Soldering is preferable, as the voltages being measured are so small that a poor joint can skew them.
It's also worth making certain there's a really good earth connection between the block and the battery (or wherever else you make the -ve) for the same reason.
