This afternoon we took delivery of a 2.0 Turbo WRX 5 door (2000)
We have discovered that the roof spoiler seems loose, and after inspecting it seems that the attaching bolt will not shift, and neither tightens or loosens the spoiler. Any help as to whether this is usual, suggestions as to where to go for help or on how to rectify this problem would be greatly appreciated !

Question

Can you remove the other bolts, then swing the spoiler out of the way?
If you can, you could put some "Puriflex" or "Cicaflex" under it, replace it and retighten. Once that stuff dries, you don't need bolts!
Both available from car paint suppliers etc.
