Just bought a new one
The old one seems firmly stuck in place I'm just wondering how hard i can swing on the spanner. I've soaked it in WD40 but it doesn't wanna budge.
It was only fitted a year ago when i decatted the downpipe
I can't imagine what advice there can be for this one but i'm sure the knowledge base that is Scoobynet - has a trick up it's sleve

Again soak it & use a lever bar to assist, it takes alot of strength to shift these, unfortunately I can't do it myself though have a number of strong mechanics that can......

I had this trouble. I'd read a couple of threads here on SN saying "make sure it's cold" and "leave it overnight, if it's hot you'll strip the threads".
Well, I swung and I sweated, I soaked in WD40, I swore and I took the corners off the sensor. After a short while brooding, I thought "I don't care if I strip the threads, that ******* is coming out". So I ran the engine for a minute or 2, enough to heat the exhaust, but not so much that the sensor is hot and it came out as easily as a very easy thing.
As my mate, who's a mechanic said "if I told my boss that I had to let a car cool down overnight before I went near it, he'd hand me my cards".
He also said "always listen to advice, but don't always follow it". I think he'd been listening to that Baz Luhrman song.
