Hi,

Can anyone tell me if it will be ok to use a coolent hose on a turbo application, just i cant find anywhere that sells a 90 degree elbow for a turbo, but samco make the pipe in a coolent hose...

Basically it's going from the turbo to IC on a 93WRX...

Anyone had experience of doing this...

Cheers,

John.

Think it might be on the limits with the pressure involved as normal coolant systems run up to 15 lbs pressure. you could do with a bit of safety margin, so I'd look for a proper hose. have you tried Demon tweeks? Chester..

yep i have, they siad that they could'nt supply a turbo hose with a 90 degree elbow, although samco head office said they would be able too...

I think the STI's had a similar pipe though, any idea for sure...

Greeno, you have been misinformed mate.

Contact Rally designs www.raldes.co.uk

I have bought all different bends and diameters of boost pipe from there.
