I'm starting to feel that my car could be improved by a Quickshift. I have a 99my UK car & would be interested to hear from anyone who has had the Prodrive quickshift fitted.

I have a MY97 car, with the Prodrive quickshift fitted. It has improved the feel compared to a car I test drove without it.

Although speaking to Pete Croney and other owners, it isn't worth doing the modification to a MY99 car as the throw is already a lot shorter compared to a standard MY97 car.

Cheers
Andy

Hi Nick
My car has a quick shift, although a MY97.Can't say what the difference is as this was fitted on delivery.Am very pleased with the shift after a lot of loosening up.
See you tomorrow.

Had understood that on the 99MY the Quickshift was virtually redundant.
