Can anyone advise of the best way to get a cat?. My STI is fitted with a stainless steal exhaust but does not have the cats fitted. I want to make it road legal and its MOT is looming.

If anyone knows costs or who to speak to I would be really grateful.

Cheers,

CAB

You could try Scoobysport, they may have some downpipes with cats in, or maybe even centre sections with cats in. 01268 590085. If not try paces that break Imprezas, sorry dont know any names. Obviosuly if you can get a pipe that has come off a reasonably new car you will have no worries with the cat working or not.

Definitely give Pete a call at Scoobysport. They have (or at least did have yesterday) a shedload of OE downpipes...

I know that (for SS downpipe customers, at least) he'll refit the original for MOT and refit the SS downpipe after MOT for a very reasonable fee :-)

Cheers,

Pat.
