The Prodrive settings are 1mm toe-in each wheel and max negative camber on the front.
There are no best settings for any given car, it really comes down to how the car is driven, what type of roads you spend most of your time on, and also how you like the car to behave.
If you do mostly motorway miles then the prodrive settings could cause too much wear on the inside of the tyres.
Either try the prodrive settings as a starting point or find a specilist (such as Powerstation or TSL)that can set the car up according to your own requirments.
