Im in a similar situation myself, not that this really helps, but I need the fittings so I can keep the oil pressure switch and connect the oil gauge sender and clear the alternator at the same time

When I fitted my gauges this summer, (Defi's), the oil TEMPERATURE sender went into the tapping on top of No.3 cylinder,(rear of engine, o/s), and the oil PRESSURE sender was screwed into the tapping that I took the oil pressure switch out of.
If you have a decent gauge, the o/p switch is redundant anyway.
Both my senders came with the gauges. If you don't have senders, contact your gauge manufacturer/dealer/importer.
BTW: if using the tapping above No.3 cylinder, an adaptor is also needed for most senders. Mine came from Scoobymania, and was for the Defi sender, and cost about £8.

As Alcazar has already said, the senders are usually supplied with the guages (my SPA one came with both oil & temp).
If you are replacing the existing pressure sensor, you can either simple remove the OE one or buy a t-piece and use both.
I bought my adapter from Le Mans Motorsport. They also sell senders seperately from their gauges.
Worth asking them for advice. I have some pics of my install on my website. It's on a MY99 UK, so maybe different to your car.
